Made in Canada
« on: June 19, 2017, 07:07:07 pm »
Hello I'm trying to install MIC on a Titanium Kodi build.  When I go to install it won't let me. Your site says I need F4M tester to run MIC. I have F4M streamer installed. Any advice would be appreciated.

Maybe uninstalling and reinstalling F4M? I'm using MIC, albeit only for MSNBC.

The reason it doesn't install is because it's looking for some dependencies that used to exist on Fusion. There's no fix as of yet, but we are working on it.

Oh nice, I was just wondering why I couldn't install it. Can't wait to use it.

For users having new install issues, we have updated the repo and Made in Canada should install now.  Update KodiTips repo first then install MiC normally.  We appreciate your patience!

Beau9246, make sure your KodiTips repo is version 1.0.2 and if not update it.  If install still fails, uninstall the repo and download the repo again.

It's not working again - I deleted old addon, repo and reinstalled from zip. Current version as above and even cleared cache - still won't install. It worked last night for my friend but not now

Is anyone else having an issue with the WFN stream?  Was working great until a few weeks ago but I keep getting an error when trying to use it now.  Log says the stream location cant be found.

MiC will not install at this moment.  DO NOT uninstall any working add-ons as you may not get them back for some time, if at all.  Just going to have to be patient while the Kodi community sorts everything out. We'll post a fix once we find a reliable host for the necessary dependencies.

The issue is that the TVA Common modules github went offline, which is giving everyone the can't connect error again.

Anyone having trouble installing Made in Canada, please use Alpha's repo to install from until we get all the bugs worked out with ours.  Alpha was generous enough to host a backup for us.

From File Manager, Add Source http://alphaaddon.co.uk/Repository/ and name it AlphaRepo or whatever you choose and select OK.  Go back and "Install from zip file" and select source AlphaRepo.

Once repo is installed, select "Install from Repository" and select The Alpha Repository.  Locate MiC and install. PLEASE WAIT - It will take a good amount of time to download all the dependencies and finish installing.  Wait until you see Made in Canada successfully installed message. Enjoy MiC!
